本文叙述了用加压氢还原法直接从硫酸铵钴溶液中制取超细钴粉的最佳工艺条件,以及该法与钴板、钴粒子为原料生产钴粉工艺的比较,具有明显的先进性和合理性。产品经试用及测试结果表明:化学纯度高、粉末粒子呈等轴状,有较大的比表面和松装密度,因此对于压制成型和烧结都是有利的,受到用户的注目。对工艺过程中出现的现象及问题,还进行了较为充分的讨论,提供了一个扩大工业实验所需的流程。
In this paper, the optimum conditions for the preparation of ultrafine cobalt powder directly from cobalt ammonium sulfate solution by pressurized hydrogen reduction are described, and the comparison between the method and cobalt plate and cobalt particles for the production of cobalt powder is obviously advanced Sexuality and rationality.
