很多临床使用药物的浓度-时间(C-T)曲线呈现双峰现象。作为一种特殊的曲线形式,双峰现象增大了C-T曲线的拟合难度,影响了药动学参数的估算,给药动学研究提出了新的问题。本文对双峰现象的形成原因及影响因素、模型构建及拟合的研究现状进行综述。 The concentration-time (C-T) curve of many clinically used drugs shows a bimodal phenomenon. As a special curve form, the bimodal phenomenon increases the difficulty of fitting the C-T curve, affects the estimation of the pharmacokinetic parameters, and poses new problems in the pharmacokinetic study. This article summarizes the causes and influencing factors of bimodal phenomena, the research status of model construction and fitting.
