脓毒症是由细菌感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,具有高病死率和高致残率。早期识别、准确评估、及早实施治疗是目前临床医师面临的难题。因此,脓毒症的生物标志物是临床研究的热点和难点。降钙素原( PCT)在炎症刺激特别是细菌感染或脓毒症状态下,可从多种细胞中被释放,其独特的生物学特点使PCT对机体感染的反应具有快速准确的特征,敏感度、特异度也均优于其他生物标志物,对脓毒症的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义。“,”Sepss is a systemic inflammation syndrome caused by bacteria ,with a high mortality and mor-bidity.Raising the ability of early clinical recognition,accurate assessment,early implementation of reasona-ble treatment are the difficulties faced by the clinicians .Therefore seeking reliable diagnosis biomarkers of sepsis has become a clinical research hotspot and difficulty .Stimulated by inflammation especially bacterial infection or under sepsis,procalcitonin(PCT) can be released from various tissues and cells.Due to its unique biological characteristics,PCT has a fast response to the body infectionand its sensitivity and specificity degrees are superior to other biomarkers,therefore PCT has great clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
