眼眶瘘管是一种少见病。我院从1978—1992年间共收治11例眶部瘘管,都因对原发病的诊断和治疗不当而形成的。临床资料1.概况:11例眼眶瘘管,其中2例病变恶化脑转移死亡;9例经彻底手术,除去病因而痊愈。男性6例,女性5例。年龄最小6岁,最大57岁。病程最短1年,最长30年。2.瘘管位置:眶外上缘7例,眶上缘偏内1例,眶内缘2例,眶外缘及耳前多发瘘管1例。3.痿管原因:①外伤异物6例(木质异物3例,脏玻璃异物1例,金属异物1例,弹伤1例)。②囊肿5例(皮样囊肿4例,粘液囊肿1例)。
Orbital fistula is a rare disease. Our hospital from 1978 to 1992 were treated 11 cases of orbital fistula, are due to the diagnosis and treatment of the primary disease formed improperly. Clinical data 1. Overview: 11 cases of orbital fistula, of which 2 cases of pathological deterioration of brain metastases death; 9 cases after thorough surgery, remove the cause and heal. 6 males and 5 females. Fistula position: 7 cases of orbital upper margin, 1 case of superior orbital margin, 2 cases of orbital rim, orbital rim and 1 case of preecological multiple fistula. 3. Causes of etiology: ① 6 cases of foreign body trauma (3 cases of woody foreign body, 1 case of dirty glass foreign body, 1 case of metal foreign body and 1 case of bullet wound). ② cyst in 5 cases (dermoid cyst in 4 cases, 1 case of mucous cyst).
