目的探讨血清瘦素(Leptin)与胰岛素生长因子Ⅱ(IGFⅡ)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月入住该院的子宫内膜癌患者30例为研究组,另外选择同期入住该院的良性子宫内膜肿瘤患者30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELSIA)对两组血清Leptin与IGFⅡ进行测定分析。比较两组血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平,Leptin及IGFⅡ与淋巴结转移的关系,两组绝经前后血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平对比,Leptin及IGFⅡ在子宫内膜癌患者中的表达情况。结果研究组血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组淋巴结转移组阳性患者Leptin及IGFⅡ水平均显著高于阴性患者(P<0.05);绝经前两组患者血清Leptin水平、绝经后两组IGFⅡ水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而绝经后两组患者血清Leptin水平、绝经前两组IGFⅡ水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者子宫内膜病理分期越高,血清Leptin及IGFⅡ水平也随之显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 Leptin及IGFⅡ在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中可能具有协同作用,然而两者间的确切作用机制仍需进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum leptin and insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Thirty patients with endometrial cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the study group. Thirty patients with benign endometrial cancer who were admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum Leptin and IGFⅡwere analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELSIA). The relationship between serum Leptin, IGFⅡ, Leptin and IGFⅡ and lymph node metastasis were compared between the two groups. The levels of Leptin and IGFⅡ, the expression of Leptin and IGFⅡ in patients with endometrial carcinoma before and after menopause were compared. Results The levels of Leptin and IGFⅡ in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of Leptin and IGFⅡ in patients with positive lymph node metastasis in the study group were significantly higher than those in the negative group (P <0.05) (P> 0.05), while there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, there was significant difference in serum Leptin level and IGFⅡ level between the two groups before and after menopause (P <0.05) ). The higher the pathological stage of endometrial in study group, the higher the level of serum Leptin and IGFⅡ (P <0.05). Conclusion Leptin and IGFⅡ may play synergistic roles in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma. However, the exact mechanism of action needs further study.
