道路客运企业是劳动密集型的民生企业。激烈的市场竞争给这类企业带来了前所未有的成本压力。道路客运企业要保持良性的发展势头,亟需适应经济发展新常态,强化人力资源成本的管控能力,推进企业的转型和产业结构优化升级。本文阐释了人力资源成本管控的内涵,分析了人力资源成本居高不下的原因,并重点对强化人力资源成本管控的措施进行了探讨。
Road passenger transport enterprises are labor-intensive livelihood enterprises. The fierce market competition has brought these enterprises unprecedented cost pressure. The road passenger transport enterprises should maintain a benign momentum of development, urgently need to adapt to the new normal of economic development, strengthen the management and control ability of human resource costs, and promote the transformation of enterprises and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. This paper explains the connotation of human resource cost control, analyzes the reasons for the high human resource cost, and focuses on the measures to strengthen the management and control of human resource cost.
