加氢裂化装置循环氢压缩机干气密封改造在2013年装置停工检修期间进行改造,目的是为了减少原浮环密封的生产故障率,节省油品的消耗,降低操作难度。本次改造采用FLOWSERVE公司的串联干气密封,利用原浮环密封工作腔体,外部设置密封仪表控制系统;文章对干气密封的原理及FLOWSERVE公司的单向螺旋槽串联干气密封结构工作流程做了简要的介绍,重点介绍了此次改造后机组开车阶段出现的三次故障及相应的问题检查分析,并针对问题做出的整改意见。首先,讲述出现故障的直观现象,拆卸后的检查情况,做出事故原因的分析并采取的处理措施;其次,讲述出现故障后的现象和机组的检查,做出了针对有高压气体窜入密封工作腔体导致平衡失效的各项处理意见;再次,讲述出现故障后的在运行机理和密封结构层面的详细分析并最终解决问题的情况;最后进行了必要的总结。
