随着建筑企业竞争的不断加剧,其利润空间逐渐缩小,房屋建筑企业仅仅依靠增加收入提升利润已经远远不够,如何加强内部成本控制成为建筑企业面临的迫切问题。由于材料成本占整个建筑工程成本的比重较大,物资管理工作的成败成为影响建筑企业实现成本控制目标的关键因素。本文对建筑企业物资管理工作中普遍存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了加强建筑企业物资管理的必要措施。
With the increasing competition among construction companies, their profit margins are gradually shrinking. Housing construction enterprises are far from enough to increase profits by increasing revenue. How to strengthen internal cost control has become an urgent problem for construction enterprises. As the cost of materials accounted for a large proportion of the cost of the entire construction project, the success or failure of material management has become a key factor affecting the construction enterprises to achieve cost control objectives. This article discusses the common problems in the materials management of construction enterprises and puts forward the necessary measures to strengthen the material management of construction enterprises.
