简介许多人研究过钻头磨损和影响钻头寿命的因素。试验证明随着转速的增加,每转一转就会急剧地增加对新钻头齿的磨损。图1表明钝钻头的磨损比新钻头要少。图2给出了不同岩石强度,硬质合金钻头寿命和孔径之间关系的曲线图,它表明钻头寿命随孔径增加而增加,随岩石抗压强度增加而减少。图3给出了钢齿回转钻头寿命相同趋向的曲线图。图4表明当每25毫米钻头直径上的钻压从2720公斤增加到3920公斤,钻头寿命约减少50%。
Introduction Many people have studied drill bit wear and the factors that affect drill bit life. Tests show that with the increase of speed, each revolution will dramatically increase the wear of the new bit. Figure 1 shows that blunt drills wear less than new drills. Figure 2 gives a graph of the relationship between rock strength, carbide bit life and hole diameter, which shows that bit life increases with pore diameter and decreases with increasing rock compressive strength. Figure 3 shows the same trend of the life of the steel tooth rotary drill bit. Figure 4 shows that when the weight on bit per 25 mm drill bit is increased from 2720 to 3920 kg, the life of the drill bit is reduced by about 50%.
