本文收集本院1977年8月至1986年12月直肠癌根治术加大肠造口患者39例.其中永久性人工肛门31例,直肠乙状结肠交界处癌切除后行直肠乙状结肠吻合术并作乙状结肠或横结肠造口者8例。另有1例直肠癌根治加永久性人工肛门女患及1例骨盆股骨多发骨析伴会阴广泛撕裂伤行乙状结肠造口及股薄肌带蒂转移肛门成形术后女患,共41例.39例直肠癌手术时发现2例为结直肠多发癌、4例有腹腔广泛转移、9例有直肠附近或肠系膜淋巴结转移。
This article collected 39 cases of patients with enterotomies for radical rectal cancer surgery from August 1977 to December 1986 in this hospital. There were 31 cases of permanent artificial anus, rectal sigmoid anastomosis after excision of the rectosigmoid junction and sigmoid colon or transverse colon. Stoma in 8 cases. Another case of rectal cancer plus permanent artificial anal female patients and 1 case of pelvic femur bone with extensive perineal laceration extensive laceration of sigmoid colostomy and gracilis pedicle pedicle transfer anus forming female patients, a total of 41 cases. In 39 cases of rectal cancer, 2 cases were found to have multiple colorectal cancers, 4 cases had extensive metastases to the abdominal cavity, and 9 cases had rectal or mesenteric lymph node metastases.
