由于干扰素的多种生物功能,如抗病毒、影响细胞分化、抗细胞生长繁殖、免疫调节和抗肿瘤作用,在临床上得到越来越广泛应用。干扰素的生物效应,是靶细胞表面的相应受体结合后,导致细胞内部结构和组分的改变,诱导或改变基因表达,使细胞合成新的产物,从而发挥其效能。另外,细胞因干扰素作用而生长受到抑制;细胞的某些蛋白合成受到抑制,而对另一些RNA和蛋白合成具促进作用。近年来热效应对癌肿也具有一定抑制作用,也影响蛋白质的生物合成。本试验通过人白细胞干扰素作用于肺腺癌PC84045细胞,了解其对蛋白质合成的影响,了解影响的条件,并进一步了解热效应对干扰素作用的影响。
