目的　介绍间接显微喉动态镜手术治疗声带良性病变的方法并总结临床经验。方法　在表面麻醉间接喉镜下，通过与喉动态镜频闪光源连接的手术显微镜切除声带良性病变５０ 例。结果　效果满意，治愈率９２ ％ ，未发生并发症。结论　间接显微喉动态镜手术具有安全、声带功能恢复良好等优点，是治疗声带良性病变的较好的手术方法之一 Objective To introduce the indirect microlaryngoscope dynamic microsurgical treatment of benign vocal cord lesions and summarize the clinical experience. Methods Fifty patients with benign vocal cord lesions were removed under a surface anesthesia with an indirect laryngoscope through a surgical microscope connected with a dynamic laryngoscope. The results were satisfactory, the cure rate was 92%, no complications occurred. Conclusion Indirect microscopic throat dynamic lens surgery has the advantages of good recovery of vocal cord function, which is one of the better surgeries for the treatment of benign vocal cord lesions
