近日,贵州省高级人民法院终审判处刑讯逼供致人死亡的刑警赵金龙、屠发强死刑和无期徒刑。这一判决在我国司法史上无疑具有重大意义。赵、屠两人过去曾多次立功受奖,面对那厚厚一摞“破案能手”、“先进工作者”、“功臣”等荣誉证书,人们不禁发出疑问:如果刑讯逼供没有致人死亡,而取得符合他们意志的口供,赵、屠两人是不是又可以获得“破案能手”、“功臣”之类的称号
