从理论分析、数值试验和实例模拟三个方面分别研究了锅炉燃烧室三维流场数值模拟中出现的伪扩散问题,探讨了伪扩散产生的机理、不同差分格式对伪扩散的影响、以及伪扩散对四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧室流动模拟精度的影响。模拟过程中运用了kε双方程湍流模型和SIMPLER算法。最后对HG2008182HM3型锅炉的冷态试验台进行了实例模拟。模拟结果表明:模拟数据与实验数据符合较好,采用适当的高阶差分格式可以减小伪扩散在三维流场数值模拟中的影响,提高模拟结果的精度。
The pseudo-diffusion problems in numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow field in the combustion chamber of a boiler were studied respectively from the theoretical analysis, numerical experiments and case simulation. The mechanism of pseudo-diffusion and the influence of different difference schemes on pseudo-diffusion were discussed. INFLUENCE OF SIMULATION PRECISION OF TORSIONAL FIRING BOILER COMBUSTED BURNING FLOW. The kε two-equation turbulence model and the SIMPLER algorithm are used in the simulation. Finally, the cold test bench of HG2008182HM3 boiler is simulated. The simulation results show that the simulation data agree well with the experimental data, and the appropriate high-order difference scheme can reduce the influence of pseudo-diffusion in the three-dimensional flow field numerical simulation and improve the accuracy of the simulation results.
