研究的目的旨在明确建设体育强国需要高水平的体育智库,通过强化新型体育智库建设以促进体育科研转型。通过采用文献资料等研究方法,对新型体育智库建设与体育科研转型进行深入研究。研究结果认为:建设体育强国需要高水平的体育智库。加快新型体育智库建设,只要把握好新型体育智库建设中体育科学研究工作的新特点,厘清强化新型体育智库建设需要的各种关系,就能准确选择建设新型体育智库的路径,达到提质增效,加强能力建设,引领发展方向,加快成果转化之目的。研究意义在于:以正确对待,搞好衔接,重视和处理好三种关系,为加快新型体育智库建设,推动体育科研工作转型做了有益地探索;研究价值证明:有助于把握体育智库功能,明确体育智库建设目的,加深对新型体育智库的理性认识和实践升华有一定的指导意义。
The purpose of this study is to clearly establish that a sports power needs a high level of sports think tank, and to promote the transformation of sports science research through strengthening the construction of a new sports think tank. The result of the study is that building a sporting nation requires a high level of sports think tanks.
