目的:观察营养支持治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者临床疗效的影响。方法:48例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为营养治疗组(26例)和对照组(22例),2组均给予抗感染、舒张支气管以及改善心、肺功能等综合治疗,营养治疗组同时给予静脉营养治疗2周,比较2组临床疗效及治疗前、后患者肺功能及动脉血气指标的变化。结果:营养治疗组治疗有效率92.3%,对照组68.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);营养治疗组治疗后用力肺活量及第1秒用力呼气容积、动脉血气指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:营养支持治疗有助于改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的肺功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of nutritional support on the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods: Forty-eight patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type Ⅱ respiratory failure were randomly divided into nutrition treatment group (n = 26) and control group (n = 22). Both groups were given anti-infective and diastolic bronchial as well as cardiac and pulmonary functions The treatment and nutrition treatment groups were treated with intravenous nutrition for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the changes of pulmonary function and arterial blood gas index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate was 92.3% in the nutrition treatment group and 68.2% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in 1 second and arterial blood gas index (P <0.01), and better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nutritional supportive therapy can improve pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and type Ⅱ respiratory failure.
