基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台对半球形件的板料渐进成形过程进行模拟。根据单道次、两道次、三道次以及四道次成形路径的模拟结果,分析了不同道次对壁厚均匀性的影响。另外,通过对自上而下和自下而上两种成形顺序获得的模拟结果对比,研究了成形方式对壁厚均匀性的影响。最后,以壁厚均匀性为原则设计出半球形工件最佳成形路径,并通过实验得以验证。
Based on the ANSYS / LS-DYNA platform, the progressive forming process of hemispherical parts was simulated. According to the simulation results of single pass, two pass, three pass and four pass forming paths, the influence of different passes on the thickness uniformity was analyzed. In addition, by comparing the simulation results obtained from the top-down and bottom-up sequences, the effect of forming method on the uniformity of wall thickness was studied. Finally, the optimal forming path of hemispherical workpiece is designed based on the principle of thickness uniformity, and verified by experiments.
