采用蛋白质免疫组织化学(SP)法检测镍冶炼工肺癌细胞、非镍工肺癌细胞和正常肺成纤维组织中ΔNp63的表达,以探讨镍冶炼厂工人肺癌的发生及相关蛋白ΔNp63的变化。镍冶炼工肺癌组织中ΔNp63的蛋白表达量,与正常肺间质细胞相比增加77.29%,与非镍工肺癌细胞中ΔNp63的表达量相比增加26.73%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示ΔNp63的过度表达可能参与了肺癌发生的重要阶段,在发病机制中起到重要作用。
The expression of ΔNp63 was detected by protein immunohistochemistry (SP) in lung cancer cells, non-nickel lung cancer cells and normal lung fibroblasts in order to investigate the occurrence of lung cancer and the change of ΔNp63 in nickel smelters. The expression level of ΔNp63 in nickel-based smelt lung cancer tissues was increased by 77.29% compared with normal lung interstitial cells, and increased by 26.73% compared with the expression of ΔNp63 in non-nickel lung cancer cells. There was significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). These results suggest that overexpression of ΔNp63 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.
