以福州绕城高速北互通处建筑渣土为研究对象,对不同松铺厚度下填料的碾压破碎情况、级配变化展开研究,并借助分形几何学对其粒度分形特征进行分析。结果表明,建筑渣土在合理松铺厚度、碾压遍数时,破碎率大,级配改善效果明显,混合料形成致密结构,这与沉降率分析结果一致。建筑渣土粒度具有明显的分形特征,分维值与破碎性存在相关性,分维值的变化趋势反映了混合料的破碎情况、细颗粒含量大小及级配的改善效果,是衡量混合料粒度特征的新的量化指标。
Taking the construction muck of North Interchange of Fuzhou Ring Expressway as the research object, the paper studied the rolling crushing and grading of the packing under different thickness of loose layer, and analyzed its fractal characteristics by fractal geometry. The results show that the construction of the muck at a reasonable thickness, rolling the number of times, the broken rate is large, grading to improve the effect is obvious, the mixture to form a dense structure, which is consistent with the sedimentation rate analysis. The fractal dimension of building muck has obvious fractal characteristics. Fractal dimension and crushing property are correlated. The changing trend of fractal dimension reflects the crushing condition of the mixture, the improvement of fine particle content and grading, New quantitative indicators of features.
