叶聆栓塞是耳科常见病，本病应与外耳道胆脂瘤相鉴别。1986～1993年我科对40例较大的外耳道内耵聍团块物，全部送病理检查，结果病理诊断外耳道耵聍栓塞22例27耳，病理诊断外耳道胆脂瘤18例21耳。现报告如下。临床资料：耵聍栓塞组22例，男15例，女7例。主诉耳闭塞者15例，听力 Leaf stem embolism is a common otology, the disease should be differentiated from the external auditory canal cholesteatoma.
