农村的村民委员会和城镇的居民委员会,是依据宪法和法律建立的群众性自治组织,是我们国家政权的基础,是党和政府联系群众的纽带。尤其在农村,村委会的状况如何,直接关系到农村基层政权的巩固。1987年,我区将以生产大队建立的村民委员会改为村公所,把村民委员会没在自然村。这一改革,是符合广西的实际,适应当前农村生产力发展水平的。
The village committee of a village and the neighborhood committee of a town are mass autonomous organizations established by the Constitution and laws and are the foundation of our state power and the link between the party and the government in contacting the masses. Especially in rural areas, the status of village committees is directly related to the consolidation of rural grassroots political power. In 1987, our district changed the village committee established by the production brigade into a village office, leaving the village committee not in the natural village. This reform is in keeping with the reality of Guangxi and adapts to the present level of development of rural productive forces.
