比较了不同激素配比对番茄叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响以及不同浓度抗氧化剂Vc对外植体褐变的控制效果。结果表明:MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g/L(pH=5.8～6.0)对番茄叶片愈伤组织诱导效果最佳,抗氧化剂Vc10mg/L对外植体褐变控制最佳。
The effects of different hormone combinations on callus induction of tomato leaves and the control effect of different concentrations of antioxidant Vc on the browning of explants were compared. The results showed that the effect of inducing callus of tomato leaves with MS + 6-BA3.0mg / L + IAA0.2mg / L + sucrose 30g / L (pH = 5.8-6.0) was the best. Antioxidant Vc10mg / Best control.
