对微小孔振动钻削钻入定位误差、孔扩量、钻头寿命和出口毛刺进行了研究,获得了三区段最佳振动参数和进给量。以定位误差、孔扩量和出口毛刺分别作为钻削过程三区段加工质量的评价指标,并以各自区段的最佳振动参数和进给量为加工参数进行变参数振动钻削试验,结果表明,孔的各项质量指标均达到了以各自最佳振动参数和进给量作定参数振动钻削的水平,从而证明了变参数振动钻削的优良工艺效果。
The micro-hole vibration drilling drilling positioning error, hole expansion, bit life and exit burrs were studied, and the optimal vibration parameters and feed rates of the three sections were obtained. Positioning error, hole expansion and exit burrs were respectively used as evaluation indexes for the processing quality of the three sections during the drilling process. Vibratory drilling tests were carried out with variable parameters for the best vibration parameters and feed rates of the respective sections. It shows that all the quality indexes of the hole have reached the level of vibration drilling with the optimum vibration parameters and feed rates as parameters, which proves the excellent effect of variable parameter vibration drilling.
