目的 :探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法 :选取2014年5月~2015年3月收治的2型糖尿病患者94例为研究对象,根据颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)进行分组,IMT≥1.0mm患者35例为A组,IMT<1.0mm患者59例为B组,观察两组患者血清Hcy及hs-CRP水平,并通过Logistic回归分析两种指标同2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的相关性。结果 :A组患者血清Hcy及hs-CRP水平同B组比较,显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示Hcy、hs-CRP均为影响2型糖尿病患者IMT独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论 :2型糖尿病患者血清Hcy、hsCRP水平同动脉粥样硬化发生与发展有密切相关性,对其进行检测,在动脉粥样硬化预测及防治中具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Ninety-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated from May 2014 to March 2015 were selected according to the carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT). 35 patients with IMT≥1.0mm were Group A, IMT < 59 cases of 1.0mm patients were in group B. The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in two groups were observed. Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between the two indexes and atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients. Results: The levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that both Hcy and hs-CRP were related to the independent IMT in type 2 diabetic patients Related factors (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum Hcy and hsCRP levels in patients with type 2 diabetes are closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. It is of great significance in the prediction and prevention of atherosclerosis.
