目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(multislice spiral computed tomography angiography,MSCTA)对卵巢及子宫巨大肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的71例卵巢及子宫巨大肿瘤患者的CT资料。所有患者均行CT平扫及增强扫描,并行卵巢动脉、子宫动脉重建成像。结果 71例盆腔巨大肿瘤患者中,卵巢动脉显示率约42.3%(30/71),子宫动脉显示率约97.2%(69/71);56例患者的肿瘤来源于卵巢,其恶性肿瘤定位诊断准确率约95.2%(20/21);15例患者的肿瘤来源于子宫,定位诊断准确率约66.7%(10/15)。结论MSCTA可以清楚显示卵巢及子宫巨大肿瘤的供血动脉,在女性盆腔巨大肿瘤的鉴别诊断方面有一定的价值。
Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis value of multislice spiral computed tomography angiography (MSCTA) on ovarian and uterine giant tumor. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of CT data of 71 cases of giant ovarian and uterine tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology. All patients underwent CT scan and enhanced scan, parallel ovarian artery, uterine artery reconstruction imaging. Results Among the 71 patients with pelvic giant tumors, the ovarian artery showed a rate of 42.3% (30/71) and the uterine artery showed a rate of 97.2% (69/71). The tumors of 56 patients were derived from the ovary and their malignant tumors were correctly located The rate of about 95.2% (20/21). The tumors of 15 patients were from the uterus, and the accuracy of localization diagnosis was about 66.7% (10/15). Conclusion MSCTA can clearly show the feeding arteries of ovarian and uterine giant tumors, which has certain value in the differential diagnosis of giant pelvic tumors in women.
