往复泵液力端上的吸入阀和排出阀,总称为泵阀。泵阀是在阀板上、下液体压差的作用下自行开启,又在阀上载荷(弹簧力及阀板重量等)的作用下自行关闭的,因此,泵阀又称为往复泵的单向启闭自动阀。泵阀有各种各样的结构型式,常用的基本型式是:用于中、高压泵上的平板阀和锥形阀;用于低压大流量泵上的平板环形阀;用于计量泵上的自重球阀等。笔者将从最常用的锥形阀(包括平板阀)入手,建立它的运动方程,求得近似解、解决它的设计计算问题,而后再把这一结论推广应用于环形阀的设计计算问题并导出自重球阀设计计算经验公式。
