中国加入世贸组织之后,企业面临着国际市场竞争,战略都存在变革问题,而战略变革首先涉及的是组织中的人和文化,它主要是组织的非正式制度在发挥作用,战略变革会影响到组织中某些群体的利益,如果对他们而言是有利的,这种组织文化便会支持战略变革,但一旦这些群体不喜欢战略变革所带来的结果,组织文化便会成为问题之源。对于大部分中国企业而言,如何变革既有战略以适应国际市场竞争,是未来几年或者是相当长时期内都要认真思考的问题,因此如何创建适合战略变革的企业文化也就成为必选之题了。
