目的探讨盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷与6种抗菌药物(头孢他啶、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、亚胺培南西司他丁钠、氨曲南、左氧氟沙星、加替沙星)对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的联合抑菌作用。方法根据临床药敏结果选取7株鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药菌株作为实验对象。用微量稀释法测定盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷分别与6种抗菌药物的联合抑菌效应。结果盐酸小檗碱与亚胺培南西司他丁钠、氨曲南联用表现为协同作用。黄芩苷与氨曲南表现为协同作用。结论盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷与某些抗菌药物联用后对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的抗菌活性有协同作用,可能对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的治疗有所帮助。
Objective To investigate the effects of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin and six antibacterial drugs (ceftazidime, piperacillin-tazobactam, imipenem-cilastatin sodium, aztreonam, levofloxacin and gatifloxacin) Acinetobacter baumannii joint antibacterial effect. Methods According to clinical susceptibility results, seven strains of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii were selected as experimental subjects. The combined antibacterial effect of berberine and baicalin with six kinds of antibacterials was determined by microdilution method. Results berberine and imipenem cilastatin sodium, aztreonam combination showed synergistic effect. Baicalin and aztreonam show synergistic effects. Conclusions Berberine and baicalin combined with some antibacterial agents have synergistic effect on the antibacterial activity of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, which may be helpful for the treatment of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
