非智力因素是对学生素质教育的核心内容之一,以非智力因素的教育理论来指导素质教育实践,是素质教育重要的做法。非智力因素是指除智力因素以外的所有心理因素,它对人关于自然人生社会的认识,起到直接的限制作用。非智力因素包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等,是认识活动的动力系统。一言概之,非智力因素是引导和促进学生的学习和成长的驱动力,是学生的智力和能力发展的作用力。因此,作为一名生物老师,以生物课为媒介,对学生进行非智力因素培养尤为重要。
Non-intellectual factors are one of the core contents of quality education for students. Non-intellectual factors of educational theory to guide the practice of quality education is an important approach to quality education. Non-intellectual factors refer to all psychological factors except intellectual factors, which have a direct restrictive effect on people’s understanding of the natural life-related society. Therefore, as a biological teacher, using biology as a medium, it is especially important for students to cultivate non-intelligence factors.
