研制适用于特定鱼种类的精制饲料是鱼类营养研究中主要的基本前提之一。本试验通过几种饲料的对比饲喂,由草鱼稚鱼生长效果的比较分析证实,饲料1#较适合于用作进行草鱼稚鱼营养学研究的精制饲料。该饲料具有良好的增重效果及饲料系数,蛋白质效率及蛋白质转换率较高,从而加强了机体的能量及蛋白质积累。实验结果还表明,草鱼稚鱼的生长效果和其饲料含脂量及脂肪源有密切关系,为此有必要对其利用饲料脂肪的能力作深入探讨。
Developing refined feeds that are tailored to a particular fish species is one of the major underlying prerequisites in fish nutrition research. The experiment was fed by several kinds of feed, and comparative analysis of growth effect of juvenile grass carp showed that feed 1 # was more suitable as refined feed for the research of juvenile nutrition of grass carp. The feed has a good weight gain and feed efficiency, protein efficiency and high protein conversion rate, thereby enhancing the body’s energy and protein accumulation. The experimental results also show that the growth of juvenile grass carp and its feed fat content and fat sources are closely related, it is necessary for its use of feed fat for further discussion.
