手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)是由多种肠道病毒引起的一种儿童常见传染病,主要临床表现为口腔黏膜溃疡性疱疹及四肢末端水疱样皮疹。卫生部于2008年将手足口病纳入法定丙类传染病管理。本文对我院2012年收治的575例手足口病患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,旨在掌握其发病特点及流行特征,以期降低手足口病的发病率,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料我院儿科2012年收住入院的575
Hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) is a common childhood infectious disease caused by a variety of enteroviruses. The main clinical manifestations are oral mucosal ulcer herpes and limb-blister-like rash. In 2008, the Ministry of Health included hand-foot-mouth disease in the management of legal category C infectious diseases. This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 575 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital in 2012 in order to grasp the characteristics and epidemiological features of the disease, with a view to reduce the incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Pediatric hospital in 2012 admitted to hospital 575
