马格尤斯(Magnus)油田位于英国北海的最北端,它有14座平台、2口水下采油井和13口注水井。这13口注水井中的8口为水下注水井。马格尤斯油田以日产注油140000bbl的较高产量稳定生产12年后,于1995年开始以每年60%的速度迅速递减。当这些井的产量降至日产油20000bbl时,由于严重的硫酸钡垢以及其他因素导致部分井开始停产为了减缓递减速度、该油田采取了许多有效措施:①气举完井;②更新水处理设备;③增加生产井数量;④将多层生产井改为多层生产井;以及⑤优化注水和加强井的管理等,从而大大降低了速减率,为油田高产后的持续生产提供了有力的保障。
The Magnus field is located on the northernmost tip of the North Sea in the UK. It has 14 platforms, two subsurface wells and thirteen injection wells. Eight of the 13 injection wells are subsea injection wells. After a steady 12 years of production at a higher output of 140,000 bbl per day, Maguius Field began to decline rapidly by 60% per annum in 1995. When the production of these wells was reduced to 20000bbl per day, some of the wells began to be shut down due to severe barium sulfate scale and other factors. In order to reduce the rate of decline, the oilfield adopted many effective measures: ① gas lift completion; ② renewal of water treatment equipment ; (3) increasing the number of production wells; (4) changing multi-layer production wells to multi-layer production wells; (5) optimizing water injection and strengthening well management, thereby greatly reducing the rate of reduction and providing a powerful Protection.
