成人原发性肺结核是一种较少见的肺部疾患,临床工作中常被忽略。近年来国内有因误诊而死亡的病例报导,足兄诊断较为困难,预后也不尽良好,故在临床工作中应有足够的重视。我院自1960—1962年间先后发现11例,在学习国内外有关文献的基础上,对全组病例作简要分析报告如下,供同道们的参考和指正。 Primary pulmonary tuberculosis in adults is a rare lung disease that is often overlooked in clinical practice. In recent years, there are cases of death due to misdiagnosis in China. It is difficult for footprints to diagnose and the prognosis is not good enough. Therefore, enough attention should be paid in clinical work. Our hospital has found 11 cases from 1960 to 1962, on the basis of studying the relevant literature at home and abroad, a brief analysis of the whole group of patients reported as follows, for the fellow reference and correction.
