通过光学金相、透射电镜和x射线衍射技术等分析方法,研究了3004铝合金铸轧板的组织和织构特征。结果表明铸轧板树枝晶呈“V”型特征,基体为a-Al过饱和固溶体,其中分布有少量细小析出物;三维取向分布函数(ODF)分析表明,铸轧板织构组态复杂且漫散,本文还探讨了各类织构的形成过程、存在的部位和相应的体积分数。
The microstructure and textural characteristics of 3004 aluminum alloy cast-rolled plate were studied by optical metallography, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the dendrites of the cast-rolled sheet are “V” -shaped and the matrix is a-Al supersaturated solid solution with a small amount of fine precipitates. The three-dimensional orientation distribution function (ODF) analysis shows that the texture configuration of the cast- Diffuse, this article also discusses the formation of various types of texture, the existence of the site and the corresponding volume fraction.
