应用流函数法,建立了无缝钢管三辊张力减径变形区内速度场函数,基于上限法原理推导了变形区内总消耗功率的表达式,提出来轧制力能参数的计算方法,并以Φ82 mm×6.15 mm×3800 mm的AISI-1020钢管定径过程的数值模拟与工艺实验验证了该理论。通过模拟、实验与理论进行对比可知:模拟速度场与计算值趋势基本相同;理论轧制力与实测值基本吻合;流函数法可以较真实的反映实际速度场情况。
Based on the upper bound method, the expression of total power consumption in the deformation zone was derived based on the flow function method, and the calculation method of the rolling force energy parameter was put forward The theory is validated by the numerical simulation and experiment with Φ82 mm × 6.15 mm × 3800 mm AISI-1020 steel pipe sizing process. Through the comparison of simulation, experiment and theory, it can be seen that the trend of simulation velocity field is basically the same as the calculated value; the theoretical rolling force basically agrees with the measured value; and the stream function method can more accurately reflect the actual velocity field.
