随着我国经济的飞速发展,汽车流量不断增长,早期建成的高速公路已不能满足现代交通量的需求。在节约土地、保护环境的原则上,高速公路扩建势在必行。据资料和现已拼接的工程实体显示,以往扩建公路新旧桥拼接部位容易因混凝土收缩开裂而破损,后期修复耗资大、效果差。广佛和佛开高速公路改扩建,新旧桥拼接累计达数10km,必须高度重视。迫于交通的压力,封路时间短,设计强度高,要求混凝土有很高的抗裂性和工作和易性。这个问题给试验人员提出了一个新的课题——配制早强快硬型补偿收缩混凝土,既满足封路时间短的车辆保通要求,又满足作业面窄小但精度要求高、操作要求快的施工作业需求。
