目的了解重庆市登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的敏感性。方法于2014-2015年,选择主城区的渝中区和位于三峡库区腹地的万州区作为监测点,采用浸渍法,测定白纹伊蚊幼虫野外种群的半数致死浓度。结果与敏感品系试虫相比较,渝中区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯和双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为7.59、4.50、9.88和3.18倍;万州区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯和双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为12.82、7.50、13.29和2.00倍。结论渝中区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯和双硫磷均产生低度抗性,万州区白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯产生中度抗性,对溴氰菊酯产生低度抗性。在实际防治中应注意交替使用、合理用药。
Objective To understand the susceptibility of Aedes albopictus larvae to common insecticides in Chongqing. Methods From 2014 to 2015, the Yuzhong District of the main urban area and Wanzhou District located in the hinterland of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area were selected as the monitoring points. The immersion method was used to determine the lethal concentration of the wild population of Ae. Albopictus larvae. Results Compared with the susceptible strains, the resistant rates of Aedes albopictus to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, permethrin and phoxim were 7.59, 4.50, 9.88 and 3.18 times respectively in Wanzhong District; Aedes albopictus resistance to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, permethrin and diphtheria were 12.82,7.50,13.29 and 2.00 times respectively. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Yuzhong area has low resistance to beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, deltamethrin and diphtheria, and Aedes albopictus in Wanzhou has moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin and permethrin. Deltamethrin produces low resistance. In the actual prevention and control should pay attention to alternating use, rational drug use.
