The sixth provision of this Court’s stipulations on the allocation of summer school graduates in the 1957 summer school graduates is a serious opposition to socialist elements and other bad elements among the graduates, except for counter-revolutionary crimes and unlawful slanders. Should be sentenced to labor reform or reeducation through labor in accordance with the law. Others should be given work inspections and subsidy during the prescribed inspection period.
