财政部地方预算管理司于10月11日至17日在山东省烟台市召开了1989年全国财政决算工作会议。参加这次会议的有,各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市财政厅(局)预算处的同志。会议的主要内容是,总结1988年财政决算编审工作,评比表彰先进单位,布置1989年财政决算编审工作。会上宣布了1988年度全国财政决算评比结果,8个先进单位是新疆维吾尔自治区财政厅、辽宁省财政厅、内蒙古自治区财政厅、吉林省财政厅、河南省财政厅、安徽省财政厅、山东省财政厅、湖南省财政厅,6个表彰单位是:江西省
The Ministry of Finance and Local Budget Management Department held the 1989 National Conference on Fiscal Final Accounts in Yantai, Shandong Province from October 11 to 17. Attend this meeting, comrades of the budget department of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning. The main content of the conference was to summarize the compilation and examination work of 1988 financial statements, commend the advanced units for commendation, and arrange the compilation and examination of the financial final accounts of 1989. At the meeting, the results of the 1988 national final accounting appraisal were announced. The eight advanced units were the Department of Finance of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the Department of Finance of Liaoning Province, the Department of Finance of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Department of Finance of Jilin Province, the Department of Finance of Henan Province, the Department of Finance of Anhui Province, Shandong Province Department of Finance, Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, 6 units of recognition are: Jiangxi Province
