目的探讨医院档案管理的现状以及针对管理中存在的问题提出自己的见解。方法通过分析医院档案管理中管理模式、方式、管理人员素质等方面提出相应可行性措施。结果有序地、科学化进行医院档案方面的管理以及提高管理人员的技能水平是当务之急。结论提出具有创新性的解决方案和思路,对于医院档案管理和内涵建设具有现实性指导意义。
Objective To explore the status quo of hospital archives management and put forward my own views on the problems in management. Methods Through the analysis of hospital records management management mode, methods, quality of management personnel and other aspects of the corresponding feasibility measures. As a result, it is imperative to systematically and scientifically manage the hospital records and improve the skills of management personnel. Conclusions put forward innovative solutions and ideas for the hospital archives management and content construction has a practical guidance.
