大学生群体是流动人口的重要组成部分,但没有经济来源,导致其医疗保障责任主体缺失。同时,大学生医疗保障问题,是存在于中国医疗保障体系改革进程中的遗留问题,具有一定的复杂性。下文将用国内大学生医疗保险制度的现状与国外作对比,提出部分问题,并对相应问题给出个人意见及合理建议。
The college student population is an important part of the migrant population, but there is no economic source, resulting in the lack of the main body of medical insurance responsibility. At the same time, the issue of medical security for college students is a legacy of problems existing in the process of reforming the medical security system in China, and has some complications. The following will be the current status of the domestic university student medical insurance system compared with foreign countries, put forward some of the problems, and give personal advice on the corresponding issues and reasonable advice.
