The problem of passing, fibers is an important but unsolved problemin horseradish peroxidase(HRP)tract tracing technique.Evidence has beenprovided in this study that(1)the passing fibers can be retrogradely la-beled though rather weakly and(2)the passing fibers cannot be antero-gradely labeled for long distances.
