目的建立桂龙咳喘宁胶囊中两种成分甘草酸和环磷酸腺苷含量的测定方法。方法采用色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇(A)-0.01 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(B),梯度洗脱程序为0~12 min,体积分数为10%的A;12~30 min,体积分数为70%的A,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:250 nm,柱温:30℃。结果环磷酸腺苷和甘草酸质量浓度在2.0~200.0 mg.L-1内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为95.9%和92.7%,RSD分别为2.9%和3.1%(n=3)。结论该方法可作为桂龙咳喘宁胶囊的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid and cyclic adenosine monophosphate in Guilong Kechuanning Capsules. Methods The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) - 0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (B), gradient elution program (Agilent TC-C18 150 × 4.6 mm, min, volume fraction of 10% A, 12-30 min, 70% volume fraction A, flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1, detection wavelength 250 nm, column temperature 30 ℃. Results The linear relationship between the concentration of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and glycyrrhizin was 2.0-200.0 mg.L-1 and the peak area was good. The average recoveries were 95.9% and 92.7%, respectively. The RSDs were 2.9% and 3.1%, respectively (n = 3 ). Conclusion This method can be used as one of the quality control methods for Guilong Kechuanning capsule.
