引言针对宏观经济、社会和技术形势变化相应调整工业结构,对一个公司能使用的管理手段以及通过合作行动纲领实施战略规划的能力,是一个挑战。这一点对联邦德国工业中的资本与技术密集型公司尤为重要。因为这些公司主要是面向出口的,在国际市场上面临创新和价格方面的剧烈竞争。为了充分利用市场和获取利润的机会,避免风险,公司的经营观念必须发展。在制定短期、中期相长期的目标时,要依次考虑以下几点: ☆制定公司系统的和明确的战略目标:
