【摘 要】目的：探讨阿维菌素中毒病人的肝功能损害。方法：检测了确诊52例阿维菌素中毒病人的丙氨酸转移酶（ALT），分析其检测值。结果：阿维菌素中毒可有肝酶升高，而且升高程度似与病情严重程度呈正相关。结论：农药阿维菌素患者肝功能可有明显受损，并且受损程度与病情轻重程度成正比。 【关键词】阿维菌素;ALT 【中图分类号】R595.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-6455（
