目的:研究乳舒片对大鼠乳腺增生及激素分泌的影响。方法:大鼠隔日ip苯甲酸雌二醇,连续6周,复制大鼠乳腺增生模型。应用乳舒片(高、中、低3个剂量组)处理模型大鼠4周,测定第1、2对乳头高度及直径,采血测定血清中雌激素和孕激素水平,取胸前第1、2对乳房乳腺、胸腺、脾脏、子宫卵巢称重,计算脏器系数;并将乳腺、子宫及卵巢置于10%甲醛溶液中固定,做病理组织检查。结果:乳舒片可改善乳腺增生病大鼠乳腺的组织形态学结构,缩小乳头大小和乳腺体积,减少乳腺小叶腺泡数、腺泡腔、分泌物,并可使血清雌激素水平降低(P<0.01)。结论:乳舒片可能通过调节乳腺增生大鼠的性激素水平,改善增生乳腺的形态学变化而有效地对抗雌激素引起的大鼠乳腺增生。
Objective: To study the effect of Rushu Tablet on hyperplasia and secretion of mammary gland in rats. METHODS: Rats were exposed to ip benzoate every other day for 6 weeks and the rat mammary gland hyperplasia model was replicated. The model rats were treated with Rushu tablets (high, medium and low dose groups) for 4 weeks. The height and diameter of the first and second pairs of nipples were measured. The level of estrogen and progesterone in the serum was measured by blood sampling. 2 Weighed mammary glands, thymus, spleen, uterus and ovary to calculate the organ coefficient. The mammary glands, uterus, and ovaries were fixed in 10% formaldehyde solution for pathological examination. RESULTS: Rushu Tablet could improve the histological structure of mammary gland in rats with mammary gland hyperplasia, reduce the size of nipple and mammary gland, reduce the number of acinar lobule, acinar cavity and secretion, and reduce the serum estrogen level. <0.01). CONCLUSION: Rushu Tablets may effectively counteract estrogen-induced mammary hyperplasia in rats by regulating the levels of sex hormones in hyperplasia rats and improving the morphological changes of hyperplastic breasts.
