通过火力模型试验,探讨了LD转炉从底部吹入惰性气体(N_2,Ar),强化熔池搅拌的复合吹炼法。初步分析了C-O关系、铁锰氧化程度及脱磷、脱硫效果。由于吹入惰性气体,不仅使炉气中P_(CO)分压下降,顺利地使钢中C含量达到0.02%以下,而且在渣中FeO较低的情况下也具有较高的脱磷能力。本文还提出用廉价的N_2代替部分昂贵Ar的措施,使钢中N_2含量仍保持LD转炉钢的水平。这种吹炼方法,在现有LD转炉上用较少的投资,增加一些简单的底吹设备即可实现,故对今后LD转炉的改造具有极为重要的现实意义。
Based on the fire model test, the blowing method of blowing inert gas (N 2, Ar) from the bottom of the LD converter to strengthen the mixing of molten pool was discussed. Preliminary analysis of the relationship between C-O, iron and manganese oxidation degree and dephosphorization, desulfurization effect. Due to the blowing of inert gas, not only the P_ (CO) partial pressure in the furnace gas is reduced, but also the C content in the steel is smoothly reduced to less than 0.02%, and the dephosphorization capacity is also high when the FeO in the slag is low. The paper also proposed the use of cheap N_2 instead of some expensive Ar measures, so that the N_2 content in steel still maintain the level of LD converter steel. This blowing method, with less investment in the existing LD converter, adding some simple bottom blowing equipment can be achieved, so the future transformation of LD converter has very important practical significance.
