本文对拱北口岸进口的108份蜜饯类食品的添加利的调查情况进行了报道。共检出不合格的蜜饯类食品24份,不合格率为22.2%。通过对不合格蜜饯类食品的来源、品种和理化指标的分析。为加强该类进口食品的卫生监督和管理提出了建议。
This article reports the addition of 108 candied fruit imported at Gongbei Port. A total of 24 samples of unqualified preserved foods were found, with a failure rate of 22.2%. Through the unqualified candied food sources, varieties and physical and chemical indicators of the analysis. Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the hygiene supervision and management of such imported food.
