自2003年我国启动“小水电代燃料”工程以来,代燃料工程受到了中央的高度重视,在此后,每年的中央1号文件中都有加大代燃料工程推广实施范围的要求。项目区内的无数农户告别了又见炊烟的日子,同时无数的森林植被得到了工程的庇护。
Since 2003, when China started the “substituting small hydropower for fuel” project, it has received the central attention of the Central Government. Since then, Central Document No. 1 of the Central Government has successively implemented the requirements of expanding the implementation scope of fuel generation projects on a yearly basis. Countless farmers in the project area bid farewell to the days of seeing the smoke again, meanwhile numerous forest vegetation have been sheltered by the project.
