营养性贫血是儿童青少年常见病之一,可使发育受阻、体力下降及学习能力降低.为了解我县中小学生贫血情况,1997年10~11月对城区3所学校的3578名学生进行了血红蛋白检测及有关因素的调查,以期对学生贫血防治提供科学依据.1 对象与方法整群抽取县城所在地3所学校(小学、初中、高中各1所)学生3578名(男生2021人,女生1557人,年龄7~17岁),用宁波市双安分析仪器厂生产的Hb- I型自动血红蛋白仪用氰化高铁法测定血红蛋白含量.在测定前用血红蛋白参考液作校正,对参加测试人员进行培训,测定过程中发现偏差及时复测.
Nutritional anemia is one of the common diseases of children and adolescents, can retard development, decreased physical ability and learning ability.In order to understand the anemia of primary and secondary students in our county, from October to November 1997, 3578 students from 3 schools in the city were tested for hemoglobin Detection and related factors in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of anemia.1.Objects and Methods The cluster of 3578 students (2021 boys, 1557 girls, Age 7 to 17 years old), hemoglobin content was measured by cyanidation method with Hb-I automatic hemoglobin instrument manufactured by Ningbo Double Ananalysis Instrument Factory.The hemoglobin reference solution was used as a calibration before the measurement, Deviations found in the determination of the timely retest.
